Lifetime residents of metro Kathy and her husband Doug have two daughters, Pamela and Ashley. Pamela 26 enjoying her career as a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Ashley 23 a Media Arts Graduate who operates her own Photography Business. Kathy contributes to many charities of which her major focus is the Sun Shine Kids Foundation.

Kathy enjoys a full time career in Real Estate Sales. With over 30 years of industry related experience, of which the last 17 have been dedicated to Real Estate, Kathy brings to her clients a complete portfolio of knowledge that enables her to provide detailed information. Successful in consistently achieving the top 2% of 67,000 sales associates in the Prudential Real Estate Network through out North America, Kathy takes great pride in personally looking after her clients. Kathy enjoys the interaction with her clients which enables her to take them comfortably through the buying and selling process.

Kathy offers a wide knowledge base of the new construction market. She has been involved in the development of neighbourhoods and the building of new homes. From the preliminary starts of a building plan to the turn of the key on closing, Kathy offers the experience necessary to take her clients comfortably through all the stages of building their new home.
